Wednesday's Assignment

Open a blank word document. Title your page with your name.

You will visit the following sites to develop a 3-week fitness program that is composed of
Cardio fitness (power walking, running, swimming, rowing, bicycling)
must include = at least 3 times per week (20 minutes each)
Calisthenics/Yoga/Body Toning – 2 times per week

Start researching:

Visit this fitness site "Cardio Program" scroll down and read through the samples and pick one program and copy and paste it to your word document.

Site #2 - mix up - look at the various exercises for each day & pick at least one and type or copy & paste to your document.

Feel free to surf on your own if you don't see what you want on these samples - remember to meet the requirements stated above for each week and come up with a 3-WEEK fitness program!!
