Fitness Plan w/ Nutrition

If you have your three-week work-out completed, it is now time to come up with a week's menu. Look back and find how many calories you need to sustain you body weight, add 500 calories to it since you will be working out more. Now pull up this calorie counter and start planning a well rounded menu.

Wednesday's Assignment

You will visit the following sites to develop a 3-week fitness program that is composed of
Cardio fitness (power walking, running, swimming, rowing, bicycling)
must include = at least 3 times per week (20 minutes each)
Calisthenics/Yoga/Body Toning – 2 times per week

Site #2 - mix up - look at the various exercises for each day & pick at least one and type or copy & paste to your document.
